Shipping & Returns Policy

Please note that all customers outside the UK (including EU) might be subject to a Customs Clearance Fee and VAT charges for all orders over 22 Euros. These charges vary by country and therefore we are not able to advise on the exact costs involved. You will be liable to cover these charges. The customs authorities in the destination country
determine the thresholds and the amounts charged. See guidance from the European Commission.
Return & Exchange Policy
All items are carefully packaged to ensure a safe delivery of your purchase(s). However, sometimes issues beyond our control happen in the hands of the company delivering. In these circumstances, we encourage our customers to contact us immediately, so we can resolve any issues in a timely manner. Once we have agreed to return/exchange, we will ask you to send the products(s) back to us. We will then advise on how to return the item(s) to us. We will be happy to re-send a new item at no extra cost. If the item is not in stock, we will issue a refund of the order/part order.
